In my IB HL Visual Arts class, we are urged to explore all mediums before finding ones we are strong at. Below are some of the works I produced in response to a visual message or a commission from a client.
I’ve always found 3D work to be so fascinating with its immersive qualities. You have the freedom to shape, sculpt and design a piece into a living space for people to see.
The photos of the 3D box were from a collaborative project with a primary school. We were tasked to design a mural or artwork to paint into a shipping container that was going to be used for toy storage outside.

This cylinder piece was inspired by the natural form of leaves and cells. I used earthy tones for the glazes and oxides to emphasise the muddiness of it.

This sphere was part of my GCSE Art exhibition. I wanted to explore the journeys people take after looking at our school corridors. I loved the graphics of the London Underground and how they interlink and play a part in people pathways everyday.

These pieces were 3D mockups for a collaborative project with the primary school. I looked into emphasising animal size and colour to create a nostalgic yet imaginative scape for the design of the box.
