I have only recently learned to make use of the animation feature on Procreate. Most of my animations are loops but I hope to eventually build up to animating something like a short film!
A couple of the animations are for my schools Fairtrade group to use in videos or emails to promote the group. Others are just me playing around with what I can do! At the moment I’m really inspired by the classic neon signs that flash between images, my other inspiration is the psychedelic 60’s.
This set of gifs were used in a video to create awareness for our fair-trade group at school.
The video above was created for my schools Fairtrade team as we decided to donate our profits to the charity: SOSHelp in memory of a friend. Creating this video was quite difficult as I had to capture the harsh reality that some people struggle with when dealing with mental health. We set up a meeting with SOSHelp to officially pass over our donation and show them the video. It was well reviewed with a lot of support and praise and added to their website.
